Vasona Management Inc. is a locally owned property management that has been exceeding the goals of the San Francisco Bay Area rental housing owners since 1968. We understand what owners want and should expect from a management company. We started Vasona when we couldn’t find the quality and breadth of service necessary to take care of our own growing portfolio.
When neighboring property owners saw how well our buildings were maintained and heard about our exceptional financial performance, they asked us if we would manage their properties too. Throughout the years, we have invested heavily in our people and technology, with the commitment to be the best property management company possible for our clients, our employees, and our residents. High occupancy levels and acute market awareness combined with an eye for detail and expense controls, yield higher cash flow and better ROI. We also don’t believe in charging extra for what should be a core property management function.
